Assistant Golf Course Superintendent

Working closely with the Golf Course Superintendent and Lead Assistant Superintendent, this position will help manage daily golf course maintenance operations. The successful candidate will be a hands-on leader with strong communication skills, sound agronomic knowledge, and a desire to advance within the golf course management profession.

Key Responsibilities

· Assist with planning, assigning, and supervising the daily work of the golf course maintenance team.

· Participate in daily course setup and ensure work is completed to club standards.

· Apply fertilizers, insecticides, herbicides, and fungicides safely and accurately.

· Operate Toro spray equipment and maintain complete application records.

· Manage chemical inventory, storage, and regulatory documentation.

· Assist with irrigation operation, troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance.

· Monitor playing surfaces and perform daily moisture management.
