Assistant Superintendent

Henry County Country Club is seeking a dedicated and motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our team. The Assistant Superintendent will work closely with the Golf Course Superintendent to ensure the maintenance and upkeep of the course to the highest standards. Responsibilities include supervising and training maintenance staff, assisting with scheduling, and participating in course improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in turfgrass management, irrigation systems, and pest control. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment are essential. We are located 40 mins North of Louisville, KY.
