Golf Course Superintendent

The Golf Course Superintendent is responsible for all maintenance, management, and daily conditioning of the golf course, practice facilities, and surrounding grounds.  This position requires a motivated, detail-oriented professional who takes pride in delivering outstanding playing conditions and who thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Maintain all turf areas to championship standards, including greens, tees, fairways, roughs, and practice facilities.
• Develop and implement agronomic programs focused on turf health, playability, and aesthetics.
• Oversee fertility, pest management, irrigation, and cultural practices using sound scientific principles and budget descipline.
• Manage moisture and irrigation systems to optimize turf conditions and water use efficiency.
• Plan and execute seasonal maintenance programs such as aerification, topdressing, and overseeding.
