About the Role:

Hurstbourne Country Club is seeking a passionate and motivated Assistant Superintendent to join our agronomy team.  This role is a hands-on opportunity to grow professionally while helping maintain one of the premier private clubs in the region-now home to the PGA Tour's ISCO Championship starting in 2025.

You'll play a vital role in all aspects of our maintenance and agronomic programs, working directly alongside our experienced team to manage day-to-day operations, crew leadership, and planning.

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 DOE
